Great to meet you!

My work is psychodynamic, relational, and trauma-informed. I see clients from across the gender spectrum and am affirming of all gender identities and sexualities. I have done extensive work with immigrants and refugees and welcome clients from all racial and cultural identities.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is collaborative, supportive, and engaging. I value warmth, humor, and strive to create a safe and welcoming environment for my clients to explore, understand, and heal.

What you can expect from our first session

Therapy is a source of healing and change. We often find ourselves repeating the same patterns without knowing why or understanding how to break free of these unhealthy cycles.

By working together with my clients, we can identify and begin to understand these patterns and get to the underlying root of where and how they developed. This process helps to give my clients better understanding of their own emotional experience, thoughts, and behaviors.
