Great to meet you!

Hi there! I’m Kayden, a licensed mental health counselor with an MA in Mental Health Counseling from Boston College. I’m deeply passionate about supporting the LGBTQ+ community—especially trans and nonbinary folks—as they navigate identity, heal from discrimination, and reclaim their sense of self. My approach is warm, affirming, and tailored to your unique journey. If you’re ready to take that first step, I’d love to walk with you

My approach to therapy

Clients seeking a safe space to heal and grow—especially LGBTQ+ individuals navigating identity, relationships, or systemic barriers. Many come to therapy feeling isolated, whether from family rejection, workplace discrimination, or internalized shame. I provide affirming care using trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approaches, helping clients build resilience and self-acceptance. My goal is to meet them where they are, offering tools to cope, grow, and thrive—because everyone deserves to live authentically.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, we’ll focus on building trust and understanding your goals. Expect a safe, non-judgmental space where you can share your story at your own pace. Together, we’ll explore what brings you to therapy and start creating a plan tailored to your needs—whether that’s healing, growth, or clarity. My goal is to make you feel heard, respected, and hopeful about the journey ahead.
