Great to meet you!

I prioritize the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist, and make tenants of compassion, empathy, gentleness, and warmth central to my work. I primarily provide services to women across the lifespan pertaining to a broad range of themes, including gender/sexuality/identity, family-of-origin relationships and romantic partnerships, and trauma processing/healing.

My approach to therapy

I believe that life's challenges do not need to experienced alone and that there is immense value in having someone by your side to support you. It is an honor and a privilege to be able to hold space with clients and to be present with them as they experience the hard and the heavy of life. I am trauma informed, BIPOC allied, and LGBTQ+ affirming.

What you can expect from me

All of my sessions are client centered and adjusted to meet the needs of the individual. Whether you are looking to process present day matters or historical issues, whether you are looking for action oriented change filled with tools and solutions, I get flexible in my approach to honor what you are needing in the present moment and to best support your mental and emotional health.
