Great to meet you!

I am a client-centered, trauma-focused therapist dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and empowering space for healing. My practice is grounded in the belief that every person has the inner strength and resilience to overcome life’s challenges, and my role is to help you reconnect with that strength at your own pace. Over the years, I have supported clients through experiences related to trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, and childhood adversity.

My approach to therapy

My work is deeply collaborative. I tailor each session to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while honoring your lived experience. I strive to ensure clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether you are navigating the effects of past trauma, building healthier coping strategies, or seeking greater clarity and balance in your life, we will work together to create meaningful and sustainable change.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I create a calm, supportive space where you can share at your own pace. We’ll explore what brings you in and collaborate on setting a clear, achievable goal, even if that goal is simply figuring out where to start. I approach therapy as a process that allows for trial and error, adjusting our work together based on what feels most helpful for you. My goal is for you to leave the session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the path ahead.
