Great to meet you!

Welcome! If you notice yourself pushing through to perfectionism, constantly needing to "do better" and struggle to trust in your own intuition, I get it. I often work with clients who are going through life transitions and experience a lot of those feelings. Whether it be related to relationships, exploring "eldest daughter syndrome", or the waves of grief. My goal is to provide a safe, comforting space for you to show up 100% authentically while we explore your concerns.

My approach to therapy

My work in therapy has focused on young adults navigating life changes. Ranging from grief work, understanding impacts of our families, to creating a new sense of self as you journey through life. I aim for therapy to feel grounded, honest and collaborative, while challenging you when it's needed.

I use a client-focused and systemic approach. Which really just means I believe you truly know what is best for you and I will be alongside you to connect more authentically with yourself, while being mindful of how the systems we live in (like our families and society) also play an influential role!

What you can expect from me

Most of my clients are those who want insight and practical steps forward. In sessions we might explore relationships, family dynamics, and the beliefs that shape your choices, while also challenging old habits that no longer serve you. In our first session we will explore some of your goals and collaboratively create your steps moving forward.
