Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming—whether it’s anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationships that feel complicated, or simply wondering if you’re on the right path. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Hello, I’m Kayla! I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an MA and over 8 years of experience walking alongside individuals through life’s challenges. My passion lies in helping clients discover their inner strength, rebuild, and create meaningful, lasting change.

I specialize in trauma-informed care, holistic mental health, and person-centered therapy—meeting you where you are and tailoring support to your unique needs. My background spans psychiatric emergency care, inpatient and outpatient settings, and private practice, where I’ve worked with individuals managing stress, anxiety, depression, serious mental illness, and co-occurring diagnoses. I’ve also led group therapy sessions focused on various topics.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and compassionate, blending evidence-based techniques with holistic strategies that honor the connection between mind, body, and spirit. I believe you are the expert of your own story, and together we’ll uncover solutions that align with your goals and values.

What you can expect from me

Reaching out takes courage—and I’m here to create a safe, supportive space for your healing and growth. My goal is to help you not only manage what feels heavy, but also reconnect with what brings meaning, balance, and joy.
