Great to meet you!

"Today is the day to reach out and tomorrow is the day to feel better." If you're anything like me, then you know that half the battle is reaching out to "[Fill In]" in order for you to start feeling better about whatever the situation might be. You might fill it with the Dentist, a friend with whom you had a falling out, a family member you forgot to say happy birthday, etc. Once I've made that appt, talked to the friend, made it to the gym, etc... I feel so much better! I hope You can too!

My approach to therapy

How can I help? I've got over 15 years of experience working all ages and stages in life. There likely isn't something you can throw at me that I haven't heard and if I don't feel that I'm the best fit for you, I'll get you fit with the best. I use an eclectic approach to meet you where you're at & help you find your strengths to grow and live your best life.

“When ‘I’ is replaced with ‘we’, even illness becomes wellness” – Malcom X

What you can expect from me

I hope my clients take away a strength and a goal from each session to either work towards their overall goals, a small tiny goal or just something to help them maintain their progress.
