Great to meet you!

I attended school originally for psychology, but discovered my love for social work while there. After graduating with my BA, I moved forward to pursue my master's in social work at Boston University. The program helped me see the importance of well rounded care integrating different treatment methods to fit the specific individual I am working with. I currently work with adults and adolescents.

My approach to therapy

Integrating physical and mental health into therapy is essential because the mind and body are deeply connected. By addressing both aspects together, I work to provide more comprehensive care and support clients in achieving overall wellness rather than treating symptoms in isolation.

In addition to my mind body modality, I incorporate CBT, mindfulness, strategies from DBT, and a trauma informed approach.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a supportive and empowering environment for adults and adolescents alike to build resilience and effective coping mechanisms to take into their daily lives.
