Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a LISW with a primary focus on trauma, anxiety, depression, and life changes/stressors. I attended The Ohio State University for both my Bachelors and Masters degrees. I enjoy working with many different populations!

My approach to therapy

My work is client-centered to provide the best possible care. I am trained in EMDR to treat PTSD/trauma. I also use CBT and MI frequently in practice.

What you can expect from me

I like to make sure that I am a good fit for someone in the first session. The first session is welcoming, warm, and I'm typically inquisitive. I hope to lay the groundwork for our time together in the first session.
