Great to meet you!

I’m here for those who feel like they’ve been overlooked, underestimated, or stuck in a cycle of "holding it together" when it feels impossible. If you’re navigating the weight of anxiety, depression, identity challenges, grief, or life changes, I get it. I work with individuals who want to move past survival mode and start truly living. Whether you’re trying to find your way after a loss, struggling to step into the person you know you can be, or feeling like you’ve been invisible for too long, I’m here to help you uncover your strength and create lasting, meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is person-centered and collaborative. You’re the expert in your life, and I’m here to walk with you on your healing journey. I use evidence-based techniques like CBT, Narrative Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy to help you manage thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Therapy with me isn’t about fixing you because you’re not broken it’s about uncovering your strengths, embracing your story, and creating a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

In our time together, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the challenges you’re facing. The process isn’t always easy growth takes time and can be uncomfortable but with collaborative work, it’s absolutely doable. My hope is that each session leaves you feeling empowered with practical tools to navigate difficult emotions and build a stronger sense of who you are. More than anything, I want you to feel equipped to handle life’s ups and downs with confidence, self-compassion, and a sense of lasting change.
