Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pensacola, Florida, with over 9 years of experience providing support in medical and community settings. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life transitions, cope with chronic illness, manage anxiety and trauma, and build meaningful connections between mental and physical health.

My background includes serving our U.S. Navy—proud Veteran. I’ve also completed extensive work in hospitals, home health, and foster care systems—settings that have shaped my compassionate, practical, and solution-focused approach. I enjoy helping clients identify their strengths, process challenges, and create balance in their daily lives.

Outside of work, I find peace in gardening, caring for houseplants, and spending time in nature. I also enjoy jigsaw puzzles, which remind me that small, intentional steps can come together to create a bigger, more beautiful picture—much like the therapeutic process itself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered, supportive, and grounded in empathy. I strive to create a safe, judgment-free environment where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and goals at their own pace. I often incorporate elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and strengths-based interventions to help clients develop insight and practical coping strategies.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering—focused not just on challenges, but on growth, resilience, and connection. I value meeting each client where they are and working together to uncover what “well-being” looks like for them personally.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a comfortable, conversational experience focused on getting to know one another. We’ll talk about your goals, your background, and what brought you to therapy, as well as explore what approaches may best support you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the next steps in your healing journey.
