Great to meet you!

If you’re feeling overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns you can’t seem to change, you’re not alone. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, panic attacks, depression, trauma, PTSD, mood swings, emotional dysregulation, life transitions, and relationship stress. Many of my clients struggle with overthinking, irritability, low motivation, intrusive thoughts, difficulty coping, or feeling disconnected from themselves and others. I provide a warm, supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe enough to explore what’s happening beneath the surface and begin building clarity, stability, and emotional resilience.

My approach to therapy

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), play therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address anxiety symptoms, depressive thoughts, trauma responses, and relationship challenges. CBT helps identify and change negative thought patterns that fuel anxiety and depression. DBT strengthens emotional regulation and distress tolerance skills. IFS supports healing from trauma and internal conflict, while play therapy helps children express emotions safely. Together, we create practical coping strategies that reduce emotional overwhelm and improve daily functioning.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll explore what’s been weighing on you - whether that’s anxiety, stress, trauma triggers, relationship conflict, parenting challenges, or feeling emotionally stuck. We’ll clarify your goals and begin identifying patterns that may be contributing to distress. My priority is helping you feel heard, understood, and supported from the start. You can expect a collaborative, steady approach focused on building confidence, emotional regulation, and meaningful progress toward feeling calmer, more connected, and more in control.
