Great to meet you!

I’m an autism- and anxiety-informed counselor with four years of experience across school, community, residential, and private practice settings. I support clients navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, major life transitions, trauma, social situations, and family or relationship concerns.

My approach to therapy

I’d describe myself as relaxed yet solution-focused. I draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Person-Centered approach to build a strong foundation of trust with my clients. With a trauma-informed background, I also integrate additional modalities as needed—such as solution-focused techniques, trauma-informed care, and psychoeducation—to best support each individual’s goals.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I’ll share a bit about my professional background and scope of practice so you have a clear sense of who I am and how I work. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel comfortable settling into the therapy process at your own pace. We’ll also review your intake information together so I can get to know you and better understand your goals for counseling.
