Great to meet you!

I offer trauma informed, non-judgmental approach and specializing in neurodivergent adults. My specialty is in neurodiversity, and I have spent time in my career working as part of a care team for neurodivergent adults and children with co-occurring intellectual and developmental disabilities. This experience has given me a different type of professional experience and knowledge, which I feel has greatly helped me in developing a therapeutic approach that is effective for neurodivergent individuals in a 1:1 setting.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is pretty eclectic, pulling from all different types of evidence-based interventions, including humor. Above all, I offer a person-centered approach and will work diligently with each client to provide the treatment and interventions that best suit them.

What you can expect from me

I lead with a soft heart and kind approach, and I am open to feedback and curiosity, as therapy is a two-way street. Through our work together, you will leave feeling empowered to embrace your true self and learn to function and cope in a way you feel healthiest.
