Great to meet you!

I have a passion for helping individuals promote their well-being and lead balanced lives. I have experience providing queer affirming care to children and adults. I have also worked with individuals with mood, adjustment, and trauma disorders. I want clients to feel empowered; the therapeutic journey is about creating skills that are applicable and long-lasting. Together we can work to reach your goals, improve emotional regulation skills, and promote factors that increase your well-being.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is a culmination of different techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. A safe, non-judgmental, supportive, and empathetic approach is important to me as the client-centered approach creates a healthy therapeutic environment.

What you can expect from me

I’m so glad you’re here. In this space, you will find a safe and supportive environment where your thoughts and feelings are valued. My goal is to ensure you feel seen, heard, and understood as we navigate your journey together.
