Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist in Florida with 10 years of professional experience and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. I specialize in helping clients navigate stress, anxiety, addictions, anger management, motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. My approach is rooted in respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I customize our conversations and treatment plans to meet your unique needs. As a person-centered therapist, I focus on creating a safe, non-judgmental environment where you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings. This space encourages honesty, self-awareness, and personal growth, helping you achieve your goals.

My approach to therapy

My therapy approach is person-centered. I believe in providing a nonjudgmental environment for my clients to talk freely about the issues they may be experiencing to enable them to be honest within themselves and allow self-exploration.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll start with brief introductions and explore the specific challenges you’re facing. I’ll also complete an assessment to identify key areas of focus, which will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in future sessions. After each session, the goal in therapy is to accomplish self-awareness, emotional self-regulation, improved motivation, communication skills, and setting healthy boundaries.
