Great to meet you!

It can be hard to navigate this world on your own, its my job as a therapist to make sure you don't have to! I specialize in young adults, adults, and seniors looking for support in daily stress management and trauma. Certified in CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), CPT (Cognitive Processing Therapy), and Mindfulness.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is the most important during an individual's transitional points in their lives. My goal is to help my client's navigate these moments through understanding, kindness, and support. I believe that we all have the tools to succeed within us. We just have to find it and strengthen it.
