I am licensed clinical social worker in the state of California with 6 years of professional Therapy work experience. Total of 13 Years in professional work experience. I got my Bachelors and Masters degrees in social work. Throughout my career I have worked with survivors of Sexual Abuse and Domestic Violence. Supporting Families in learning and connecting with our tribal traditions. To working with individuals who have experienced different types of traumas throughout their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, caring, and direct. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, motivation, self esteem, confidence, & depression. I also have experience working with coping with life changes. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
