Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, and ADHD. I earned my Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have specialized training in EMDR therapy, somatic approaches, and parts work.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each client's unique needs and experiences. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to explore both the challenges they face and the strengths they already possess. Whether you are processing past trauma, working through a difficult life transition, or seeking greater self-understanding, I strive to provide a supportive space where meaningful growth and lasting change can occur.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, you can expect a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, and your goals for treatment. I believe it is important to understand the whole person, so we will explore relevant life experiences, relationships, strengths, and challenges at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of how we can work together. We will collaborate to identify meaningful goals and develop a treatment approach tailored to your unique needs and experiences.
