Great to meet you!

Therapy can be a lot of things, but what I believe it should be most is effective in helping you navigate life's challenges. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I am passionate about guiding you through these challenges and empowering you on your journey to self-awareness and understanding. I do so by providing a judgment-free and safe space for you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and perspectives.

My approach to therapy

My practice is grounded in a person-centered approach, I strive to meet my clients where they are with validation and kindness as we explore positive changes and thought patterns while providing you with the necessary tools to create an environment of self-compassion, healing, and a renewed sense of control.

What you can expect from me

I received both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from the University of Nevada Reno. I have experience in working with individuals facing various issues from anxiety and depression, adjusting to life changes, behavioral issues, relationship and family dynamics, trauma, grief, and bereavement. I use an integrated therapeutic approach tailored to fit the needs of my clients utilizing various modalities including Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Strengths-Based, Humanistic, and Narrative Therapies.
