Great to meet you!

Welcome to Divergent Therapy Solutions! I'm Kayla and am here to support your therapy journey.

Most of my experience has been in a school setting for a community mental health agency. I've also worked with students in grades K-12 at a trauma informed alt ed. program.

My work in private practice began after the pandemic started and I found myself searching for ways to help people access therapy. I serve clients of all ages and backgrounds.

I am an identified LGBTQ+ provider and am Neurodivergent.

My approach to therapy

As a licensed Independent Social Worker, my passion is to help individuals gain insight and perspective in their life. I don't give advice because it's your life and not for me to tell you how to live it. I believe every person has a right to determine how they want their life to look. My approach to therapy is person centered, combining CBT and DBT concepts while considering all bio-psycho-social aspects of your life.

What you can expect from me

My clients say they feel empowered, understood, and validated after our sessions. My goal is to help you feel supported with unconditional positive regard.
