Great to meet you!

Are you experiencing unwanted thoughts, anxiety, or exhaustion from trying to manage your own mind? You are not broken.Together, we can untangle these patterns with clarity and compassion. I specialize in working with people who have symptoms of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), anxiety disorders, and those who identify as neurodivergent. OCD isn’t just visible rituals and cleanliness: it’s relentless doubt, mental compulsions, reassurance seeking, and “what if” fears that won’t settle. Neurodivergence can add layers of sensory overwhelm, rigidity, or deep rumination. There is strong comorbidity between OCD and neurodivergence, and many clients feel exhausted trying to quiet their own minds.

My approach to therapy

I integrate Cogntive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered therapy, and am certified in Inference-Based CBT (I-CBT). I-CBT helps clients recognize how OCD begins and the “tricks” behind OCD, so we step out of the obsessional reasoning process instead of debating the fear. My approach is neurodiversity-affirming, structured, and growth-oriented, with practical tools to use between sessions.

What you can expect from me

I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist committed to inclusive, compassionate care, bringing warmth, authenticity, and steadiness into sessions. I am a mom who loves reading, board games, and crafts. If you’re ready to feel understood while building meaningful, sustainable change, reach out and we can begin our work together.
