Great to meet you!

I am a client-centered therapist, always aiming to create an inviting, nonjudgmental, and collaborative space for you to feel comfortable sharing all the parts of who you are. I will work with you to understand your goals and adjust interventions to fit your specific needs. I am honest, kind, and find that humor can help foster trust in the therapeutic relationship.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with adolescents, adults, older adults, chronic illness, and disability. I am committed to providing an affirming and inclusive environment for all identities. I support clients navigating a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, grief/loss, aging, autism, ADHD, identity, and trauma. My practice is rooted in cultural humility through a trauma informed lens, and I integrate techniques from EMDR, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), and mindfulness to support each client's individual process.

What you can expect from me

My intention is to meet you exactly where you are in your journey, support you in accessing your inner strengths, explore new possibilities, and move toward the life you want to live. In our first session, we will simply get to know one another and discuss your goals - you set the pace.
