Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker serving adults and couples throughout Colorado and Wyoming via secure telehealth. With over five years of clinical experience and advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I specialize in helping individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, life transitions, postpartum adjustment, anxiety, grief, burnout, and feelings of being stuck or disconnected. My approach is compassionate, practical, and grounded in attachment science. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel truly seen, understood, and supported as they move toward the life and relationships they want.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best as a collaborative process where we work together to understand the emotions, experiences, and patterns shaping your life and relationships. My style is warm, supportive, and direct, helping clients gain insight while also building practical tools for lasting change. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and strengths-based approaches, I help clients move beyond surface-level symptoms to address the deeper issues keeping them stuck. My goal is to empower clients to develop greater self-awareness, resilience, connection, and confidence in themselves and their relationships.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. I'll take time to understand what brings you to therapy, learn about your goals, and explore the challenges you're currently facing. Together, we'll identify what feels most important to focus on and create a plan that feels meaningful and manageable. Clients often tell me they appreciate having a space where they can be honest, feel understood, and leave with a greater sense of clarity and hope.
