Great to meet you!

Therapy with me is collaborative, individualized, and focused on helping you understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. We’ll work together to identify your goals, build practical skills, process difficult experiences, and develop healthier ways of responding to emotions, relationships, and life stressors. I believe therapy should provide both a safe space to be heard and the tools to create lasting change. My approach is warm and supportive while remaining structured and focused on progress.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and goal-oriented, while recognizing that each client’s experiences and needs are unique. I work with clients to understand the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be contributing to current struggles while developing practical skills to support meaningful change. My areas of focus include trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, codependency, and life transitions, using approaches such as CBT, DBT, ART, and Solution-Focused Therapy. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to move forward with greater confidence and self-awareness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know you, understanding what brings you to therapy, and identifying the areas you’d like to work on. I’ll create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can share at your own pace while we begin identifying patterns, strengths, and goals for treatment. Together, we’ll develop a plan that feels realistic and personalized to your needs, with an emphasis on both understanding your experiences and creating meaningful change. My goal is for you to leave your first session feeling heard, understood, and hopeful about the work ahead.
