Great to meet you!

Is your child struggling with big emotions, behavioral challenges, or the effects of trauma? Are you struggling with feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or recurrently frustrated managing all the tasks? I specialize in working with children and caregivers individually to navigate developmental trauma, attachment difficulties, and major life transitions like divorce or separation. In my work I prioritize creating a safe and supportive space where children and caregivers can express themselves and heal, while also equipping caregivers with tools to strengthen connection and confidence.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I use a child-centered, attachment-focused approach, incorporating play, trauma-informed techniques, behavior modification strategies, and parent coaching. My work is deeply rooted in helping children feel safe and connected while giving caregivers the tools to support their child's emotional growth and development. I also work directly with the adults.

What you can expect from our first session

Parenting a child who is struggling can feel overwhelming, lonely, and even exhausting. You may wonder if you're doing enough, if their behaviors will improve, or how to best support them through big emotions and life changes. I want you to know that you are not alone and we will work together to create a path forward that feels hopeful and manageable.
