Great to meet you!

What brought me to this work—and what keeps me passionate about it—is a strong belief in the power of choice and the hope that things can get better, no matter where you’re starting from. I show up as my full, authentic self in sessions and value being real, honest, and supportive.

I care deeply about creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and understood. I believe in accountability, but never in shame—and I’ll always meet you with curiosity and compassion. I also value inclusivity and strive to make sure every client feels welcome and empowered to do the work in a way that fits them.

My approach to therapy

My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and curiosity. I will meet you where you are at, without judgment. Together, we’ll explore the deeper patterns and past experiences—like childhood and environmental influences—that may be shaping how you see yourself, relate to others, and move through the world.

I know reaching out can feel really vulnerable, and it takes a lot of courage. My goal is to help you feel safe and supported from the start—I truly respect how much strength it takes to take that first step.

I use a trauma-informed lens and a strengths-based approach to support your healing journey. Therapy with me is a safe space to reflect, grow, and build the tools you need to create meaningful change. I draw from a variety of evidence-based methods to help you manage emotions, shift limiting beliefs, and strengthen your sense of self.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and collaborative space where we focus on what’s meaningful to you. We’ll gently explore past experiences, build self-awareness, and work toward healing patterns that no longer serve you. We’ll work together to uncover the root causes behind patterns, explore how your past might be impacting your present, and build practical tools to help you navigate life more confidently.

I like to use mix of evidence-based approaches like CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy, and positive psychology. I tailor our work based on what fits your needs, always keeping your voice at the center of the process.

My goal is to help you feel more empowered in your choices, more grounded in who you are, more connected in your relationships, and more confident in your ability to move forward.
