Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S). I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Baylor University and a decade of experience supporting adolescents and adults through life’s most difficult seasons. My background includes community mental health, where I worked with individuals experiencing severe and persistent mental health conditions, as well as leadership roles in behavioral health and social work.

I am especially passionate about trauma treatment and helping clients understand the impact of their experiences while building practical skills for healing and growth. I work with individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, and burnout.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me traveling, spending time with friends and loved ones, playing mahjong, or hanging out with my dogs. My goal is to provide a welcoming space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered throughout your healing journey.

My approach to therapy

My style is genuine, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be a place where you feel comfortable being yourself, processing difficult experiences, and developing tools to create meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy, what challenges you’re currently facing, and what you hope to gain from the process. I’ll ask some questions about your background and experiences to better understand your story, but there’s no pressure to share everything right away. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel heard and understood. You’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for whether we’re a good fit to work together.
