It's nice to meet you--I'm Micaela. I have been practicing counseling for over seven years. I bring my unique training and approach through somatic work into the clinical space to help people find relief and healing from past trauma, anxiety and depression.

I use a combination of somatic (body based) approaches/dance movement therapy, EMDR, creative expression and direct dialogue to a space where clients can grown and change.
