Great to meet you!

I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience supporting individuals with navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, and barriers accessing care. I have 9 years of behavioral health experience that has allowed me to work with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, serious mental health concerns, and other challenges that can make everyday life overwhelming.

I believe that asking for help is a sign of strength and I strive to create a space where you can feel heard, respected, and understood. I take a compassionate, nonjudgmental approach and meet each client where they are.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution focused. I use different approaches to help clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop practical tools they can use outside of therapy.

I believe therapy should be a partnership. Rather than telling you what you should do, I work with you to identify your strengths and find strategies that fit your life. I want you to leave therapy feeling supported, empowered, and more confident in your ability to manage life's challenges.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and for you to share what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about your current concerns, your background, and what you would like to work on.

You can expect a comfortable, judgment-free environment where you can be yourself. We'll work together to identify your goals and begin developing a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. You do not have to have everything figured out before coming to therapy, that's what we're here to work through together.
