Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Social Work from Adelphi University. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, stress, relationship and family challenges, self-esteem, emotional regulation, parenting, and the many transitions that come with life.

I especially enjoy working with clients who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or simply unsure of what comes next. Whether you’re navigating a major life transition, struggling in a relationship, feeling burned out, or trying to reconnect with yourself, my goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you want to be.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, candid, and grounded in the belief that there is real courage in showing up, being honest, and as Brené Brown would say: owning your story (even the messy chapters).

What you can expect from me

Together, we’ll work on understanding yourself, building practical tools, and finding your footing when life feels a little off course. No perfection required. No gold stars for pretending you’re fine. Just a willingness to be real, get curious, and figure out what comes next.
