Great to meet you!

Kayla, a licensed clinical social worker, brings extensive expertise in working with refugee and immigrant populations, as well as systems-involved parents and youth. With a background in clinical therapy in Mexico and recently arrived immigrant families to the US, Kayla is able to recognize the systemic and cultural factors impacting mental health outcomes. Kayla can also provide therapy in Spanish.

My approach to therapy

Specializing in trauma-informed mindfulness-based care, Kayla is motivated by witnessing others' growth and supporting them in creating the lives they desire. She cares passionately about personal development and aims to eliminate taboos and stigmas associated with seeking care.
