I received my Doctorate of Clinical Psychology at California Lutheran University. While studying at CLU, I gained invaluable clinical experience in various settings. I work with all age groups and specialize in treating depression, anxiety, trauma-related disorders and behavioral concerns in children and adolescents.
I take a mixed approach to therapy, providing a supportive environment for talk therapy as well as providing solution focused behavioral interventions. My clients set goals for themselves each session to track progress. When working with children, I utilize play therapy. I also provide individual, couples and family therapy.
Clients can expect to set regular goals throughout therapy and walk away with skills to transform their day-to-day lifestyle.
