Great to meet you!

Hi! I'm a licensed professional counselor who works with perfectionists, people pleasers, neurodivergent people, queer folks, and people who have experienced trauma. I've been a therapist for 13 years. I've worked with people experiencing homelessness, youth in crisis, in a large outpatient setting, and most recently in private practice.

My approach to therapy

Some types of therapy I use are internal family systems therapy, emdr, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I also frequently work with audhd and queer people.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other, I will ask questions to better understand you, and we will collaboratively make a plan for therapy.
