Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a background in social work, and I’ve worked in both clinical and community settings supporting people through anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and moments where things just feel “off.” Whether you’re navigating stress, relationship challenges, burnout, or a deeper sense of feeling stuck, I’m here to help you make sense of it and move forward.

My approach is collaborative, down-to-earth, and tailored to you. I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods along—I’ll actively engage with you, offer insight, and help you connect patterns so you can create real, lasting change. I aim to create a space where you feel comfortable being fully yourself, while also gently challenging what’s no longer working.

I also specialize in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) through a partnership with Journey Clinical, working alongside medical providers who prescribe and monitor treatment. This can be a powerful option for those who feel stuck in traditional approaches or are looking for a deeper level of healing and perspective.

I work with adults from all walks of life who are ready to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and feel more grounded and aligned in their day-to-day lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, honest, and tailored to you. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not just a place to vent, but a space where we actively work together to understand what’s going on beneath the surface and create meaningful change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches while keeping things flexible and personalized. That means we might explore patterns from your past, build practical tools to manage anxiety or overwhelm in the present, and challenge the thoughts or behaviors that are keeping you stuck.

I’m not a “just nod and listen” therapist. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer insights, and gently challenge you when needed, all while making sure you feel supported and understood. My goal is to help you gain clarity, build resilience, and feel more in control of your life.

For clients interested in deeper or alternative approaches, I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) in collaboration with medical providers through Journey Clinical. This can be a powerful way to access new perspectives and support lasting shifts.

Above all, I aim to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are, without judgment, and leave each session with something meaningful to take with you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and start building a foundation. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping for, and any challenges you’ve been facing. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out, just showing up is enough.

I’ll ask some questions to better understand your background, current stressors, and patterns, but the conversation will feel natural and at your pace. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.

We’ll also talk about what working together could look like, your goals, what kind of support feels most helpful, and how I can best show up for you. If you’re interested, I can introduce options like Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and answer any questions about that as well.

Most importantly, you can expect a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clearer sense of whether I’m the right fit for you and what next steps could look like.
