Great to meet you!

Life can be messy, and you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I’m an LCSW who genuinely enjoys helping people recognize their strengths and feel more confident in who they are. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, trauma, stress, relationships, and life’s challenges. Most importantly, I want you to feel comfortable being yourself with me.

My approach to therapy

I’m warm, down-to-earth, and believe there’s room for humor in therapy too. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so we’ll find what works for you and your life. I use practical, strengths-based strategies to help you better understand yourself, build coping skills, work through challenges, and make meaningful changes. My goal is to empower you to create a happier, healthier life that genuinely feels like your own.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is really about getting to know each other. You don’t need to show up knowing exactly what to say or where to start, we’ll figure that out together. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what’s been going on, and what you’d like life to look or feel like moving forward. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, comfortable, and hopeful about what we can work on together.
