Great to meet you!

You should know that I have a disability, specifically cerebral palsy, which has shaped my perspective and approach. I am very dedicated and passionate about everything I do, and I believe having a good sense of humor is important, so if you share that, we'll get along just fine. I also love music of all genres, which is something I enjoy sharing and incorporating into my life and work.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is centered around empowering the client, allowing them to be in the driver’s seat while I help guide and navigate the process. Open communication is key; if something isn’t working for you, I encourage you to tell me so we can adjust accordingly.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to receive 100% honesty and openness during sessions. I want you to know that you are not alone in this journey, and during our time together, you will be my priority. My goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered to achieve your goals.
