Great to meet you!

I am entirely online-based for virtual sessions anywhere in Florida. It takes courage to reach out and take the first step towards a transformation, and if you are ready, I am here to support and empower you!

A bit about my approach to therapy

I am a firm believer that we are ultimately the author and master of our own life's story. Have difficult relationships, grief, trauma, world events, family dynamics, or even daily life stressors made you feel otherwise? Let me help you find the narrative threads that will help you reweave the fabric of your life. I primarily use a holistic approach and cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT) to help you change your negative thoughts and re-write your personal narrative.

What you can expect from our first session

I believe in treating everyone with respect and compassion, while also keeping a good sense of humor! I will work collaboratively with you to discover strategies that work best for you and your lifestyle. We are all different, but we are also all human. Let's have a honest and open dialogue about your concerns, so we can generate active solutions!
