Great to meet you!

I am a licensed Clinical Psychologist in California, former Clinical Director of eating disorder treatment programs, and current NFL and NBA choreographer. I specialize in eating disorder recovery, general mental health, and sport psychology, working with individuals, families, and athletes.

I help clients navigate anxiety, depression, and life stress while supporting athletes in strengthening focus, confidence, and performance under pressure. My goal is to help you build resilience and thrive, whether in everyday life or at peak performance!

My approach to therapy

I offer individual care and specialized family sessions for eating disorder recovery, fostering healing together. I also help athletes sharpen their mental game for peak performance. Beyond that, I support clients navigating general mental health challenges, helping them build a more confident and balanced lifestyle.

What you can expect from me

I understand the challenges both individuals and families face. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, whether you’re seeking support for eating disorders, enhancing athletic performance or general mental health. I’m here to guide you with care.
