Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kayla Silguero, a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families and understand that reaching out for support can sometimes feel overwhelming. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem, grief, life transitions, relationship and family concerns, and emotional or behavioral challenges. My goal is to provide a welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and comfortable being yourself.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel supportive, collaborative, and personalized to you. I take the time to understand your experiences, strengths, and goals while helping you develop practical tools you can use in everyday life. My approach is compassionate and down-to-earth, and I adjust the way we work together based on your individual needs. Whether you’re working through a difficult season or looking to make meaningful changes, we’ll work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is about getting to know you and creating a space where you feel comfortable sharing your story. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what has been challenging, and what you hope to gain from our time together. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or to share more than you’re ready for. Together, we’ll begin identifying your goals and creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you.
