Great to meet you!

I'm passionate about creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment. I earned my bachelor's degree from Kansas State University and my master's in Social Work from the University of Kansas, and I've worked with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and substance use. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I'm here to support and encourage you every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, heard, and understood. My approach is collaborative and trauma-informed, focusing on the deeper issues that may be driving the challenges you're facing today. Together, we'll build on your strengths, develop practical tools, and work toward lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We'll talk about your goals, answer any questions you have, and begin creating a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. There's no pressure to share everything at once—my goal is simply to help you feel comfortable and supported from day one.
