Hi, I’m Kayla Stevens, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP) specializing in trauma, anxiety, and depression. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Carolina. My goal is to help client’s enhance their mental health “tool boxes” to be better equipped to manage stress and enhance a positive well-being.

My approach to therapy is holistic and person-centered. I tailor each session to fit the client's unique needs, using modalities like EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. My focus is on creating a supportive environment to help clients manage any negative symptoms that are impacting their lives and heal at the root of any issues they are facing.
