Great to meet you!

I believe therapy should be a space where you can bring your whole self and feel heard without judgment. I work with individuals from diverse cultural, racial, spiritual, and LGBTQ+ backgrounds. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, currently working toward my PsyD in Clinical Psychology, while also finishing a Sex Therapy Certificate through the University of Michigan. My goal is to create a space where you can be curious about yourself, explore difficult topics openly, and feel supported as you work toward meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and affirming. I strive to create a judgment-free space where you can explore your experiences, relationships, identity, and goals while working toward meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We’ll talk about your concerns, goals, and what you hope to get from counseling. You can expect us to begin identifying areas you’d like to work on and develop a plan that feels realistic and meaningful to you. Let's get to work!
