Great to meet you!

I was born and raised in Northeast Ohio, and I'm incredibly passionate about supporting people from all walks of life! As a proud child of Jamaican immigrants and a first-generation college graduate, I know firsthand what it means to navigate different worlds, break barriers, and build a path of your own. Because of my background, it is so important to me to offer a warm, culturally sensitive space where you feel seen, valued, and empowered to tackle life's challenges on your own terms.

Outside of being a therapist, I’m also a former college track athlete! I ran at Northern Kentucky University and earned multiple All-Conference honors. That chapter of my life taught me so much about perseverance, resilience, and the power of setting goals—and those are the exact pieces of inspiration I love bringing into our sessions. It really helps me connect with clients on a deeper level, whether we're navigating heavy obstacles, managing daily stress, or working together to build up your self-confidence.

My approach to therapy

I genuinely love what I do, and finding ways to help people grow brings me so much fulfillment. Whether we are working together individually, as a family, or in a group, my main priority is making sure you feel safe, welcome, and completely understood. Therapy with me is a true partnership built on empathy. I’m all about meeting you exactly where you're at today, and working right alongside you to help you move forward with real strength and purpose.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will focus on building a comfortable, zero-judgment partnership. We’ll look at where you are today, discuss your unique story and background, and begin collaborating on a realistic, goal-oriented map to help you achieve personal growth at your own pace.
