Great to meet you!

Welcome! I'm Kayla, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Wisconsin. I have been in practice for 10+ years and work with individuals, couples and families. My goal is to create person centered sessions for you to achieve your individual goals as we work together.

My approach to therapy

As a therapist, my main priority is making sure that you are comfortable within our sessions. I can promise to always use direct communication, come with an open mind to your situation and ideas of success and to add a bit of light hearted humor to get us through the day.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is all about you. It's your time to share your story and discuss goals that you might have for yourself in therapy so we can create a solid treatment plan for you moving forward. It's also a chance for us to make sure that we are a good fit in working together- the most important part of therapy is finding a therapist you feel you can trust and open up to.
