Great to meet you!

I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental, and inclusive space where clients feel safe being themselves and exploring whatever brings them to therapy. I work with individuals navigating a wide range of life experiences, challenges, and transitions. I am especially committed to providing an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ individuals and communities, grounded in respect and compassion.

My approach to therapy

Together, I work with individuals to focus on understanding patterns, building insight and coping tools, and finding ways to feel more grounded. My approach is collaborative and flexible, shaped by each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. My work is grounded in trauma-informed care, integrating evidence-based practices to support healing, resilience, and personal empowerment.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a space to begin building trust, explore your concerns, and understand your experiences at a pace that feels supportive and respectful. There is no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
