Great to meet you!

I earned my MSW from SUNY Buffalo in 2013 and have been practicing ever since, bringing over a decade of experience to the individuals and communities I serve. I specialize in supporting clients living with complex trauma, including attachment wounding, childhood trauma, and developmental trauma. My work is grounded in compassion, presence, and a deep respect for each person’s story, creating a safe and collaborative space where healing and reconnection can unfold.

My approach to therapy

I draw from Brainspotting, IFS, and EMDR within a bottom-up therapeutic framework. Much of our work begins with how the body holds and responds to past experiences—gently accessing the deeper layers of emotion, sensation, and memory that often live beneath words. By supporting the body’s natural healing processes first, we can then integrate those shifts into the brain, allowing new meaning, understanding, and connections to form. This creates a grounded and holistic path toward lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you as a human first. There’s no pressure and no right way to show up — you’re welcome to talk as much or as little as feels comfortable. We’ll explore what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, what feels most important to you right now, and what you need to feel safe and supported. This time is about beginning to build trust and connection at your own pace, creating a foundation for the work we’ll do together.
