Great to meet you!

Many people feel held back when old patterns, lingering conflicts, or past hardships keep resurfacing. I work with adults and couples to untangle these patterns so they can strengthen communication, navigate relationship struggles, improve focus/ organization, and build the confidence needed to move forward. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s holding you back and start moving toward lasting change. Drawing from my experience in mental health, trauma informed care, family dynamics, and medical social work, I offer a practical and compassionate approach to therapy.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in children, teens, adults and couples working through relationship challenges, mood disorders, trauma, grief/end of life struggles, depression, anxiety as well as many different executive functioning difficulties.

What you can expect from me

I am passionate about teaching skills and techniques that help people manage their symptoms, reduce stress, and build a meaningful, fulfilling life. If you’re ready to break old patterns and create a life that feels steadier, more hopeful, and authentically your own, I would be honored to support you.
