Great to meet you!

I help adults, teens, and couples looking to gain greater self-acceptance, process grief and trauma, relieve stress and anxiety, and sharpen their skills for relationships. If you are feeling stuck and hopeless about your situation, I am excited to come alongside you and help you find what makes you come alive.

My vision is to see people be able to connect with a deep inner peace and have thriving relationships. I want to help you be seen, known, cherished, and challenged.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate a mix of “top down” (working with thought processes) and “bottom up” (working with felt sensations and reactions) therapy models to aid in reducing the physiological symptoms and shifting habitual patterns. Some modalities that I use are Brainspotting, somatic mindfulness, trauma informed and attachment based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, parts and inner child work, and CBT.

What you can expect from me

Clients have noted they can tell I genuinely enjoy connecting with them, and have emphasized feeling sessions are safe, non-intimidating, accepting, and steady. They rest assured knowing they are held in the highest light despite whatever they have disclosed.
