Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Kaylee—and I help overwhelmed individuals find clarity, break limiting patterns, and build the confidence to create meaningful, lasting change. If you’re feeling stuck, anxious, or searching for a deeper sense of purpose, you’ve found someone who truly gets it.

I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University and have had the privilege of working with clients across all ages—children, teens, and adults—who are ready to transform their challenges into stepping stones. I specialize in supporting people through anxiety, ADHD, family relationship dynamics, trauma recovery, stress management, spirituality questions, and major life transitions. My passion is helping you discover that what feels like your biggest obstacle today can become your greatest source of strength tomorrow.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens best in a space that feels safe, collaborative, and completely tailored to you. There’s no cookie-cutter approach here—instead, I meet you exactly where you are and create a personalized roadmap for your unique goals and values.

I draw from research-backed approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy. When aligned with your beliefs, I also offer Christian counseling. My approach is client-centered, which means you’re the expert on your own life, and I’m here as your skilled guide to help you unlock the insights and tools you need to move forward with confidence.

What you can expect from me

Working together, you’ll walk away with more than just coping strategies—you’ll gain a fundamental shift in how you see yourself and your challenges. Expect to uncover hidden strengths you never knew you had, develop unshakeable resilience that carries you through tough times, and create changes that actually stick beyond our sessions.

You’ll learn practical tools to manage anxiety, navigate relationships more effectively, process difficult experiences, and make decisions aligned with your authentic values. Most importantly, you’ll leave each session with increased clarity about who you are and what you’re truly capable of achieving. My clients consistently tell me they feel more empowered, confident, and equipped to handle whatever life throws their way.

Your transformation starts with that first conversation. Let’s discover what’s possible together.
